Ocroon Child Safety Standards
Effective date: 15 July 2026 · Contact: support@ocroon.com
Ocroon is a voice-first dating app for adults, published on Google Play by Slekio.
Ocroon is strictly for people aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual
abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets
out the standards we hold ourselves to, how to report a concern, and how we respond.
1. Ocroon is an adults-only service
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. This is a condition of our
Terms of Service.
- The age requirement is enforced on our servers: a profile whose date of birth puts
the user under 18 is rejected at creation and cannot enter matching.
- Ocroon is rated for adults on Google Play and is configured so that users Google
identifies as minors cannot install or use it.
- If we determine that an account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate it and
delete its data.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are banned outright, and we enforce this regardless of intent, context,
or whether any real child was involved:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photographs, drawings,
and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery.
- Sexualising, grooming, soliciting, or attempting to meet a minor.
- Using Ocroon while under 18, or helping a minor gain access to it.
- Trafficking, extortion (including sexual extortion), or any other exploitation of
a minor.
- Describing, requesting, or promoting any of the above in voice or in chat.
3. Reporting a concern
Every user can report another user from inside the app, without leaving it:
- During a voice call — the report control is on the call screen. You
do not need to match with someone, or know who they are, to report them.
- In chat — the report and block controls are in the chat menu.
- Both reporting flows include the reasons "I think this user is under 18"
and "Child sexual abuse or exploitation", which are routed to us for
priority review.
You can also email us directly at
support@ocroon.com. If you believe a child is in
immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
4. How we respond
- Reports naming child safety are treated as our highest priority and are reviewed
ahead of all other reports.
- Where a report is substantiated, we remove the offending content, terminate the
account, and block the person from creating a new one.
- Where we discover apparent CSAM, we remove it, preserve the associated records as
required for a lawful investigation, and report it to the appropriate authority —
including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the
relevant national body — in accordance with applicable law.
- We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement investigating child
exploitation.
- We act on these standards whether or not the conduct also breaks any other rule.
5. What Ocroon does and does not hold
We are explicit about this because it affects what we can investigate:
- Voice calls are never recorded. We do not store call audio, and we
cannot retrieve the contents of a call after it has ended. We retain call metadata
(who spoke to whom, when, and for how long), which we use when investigating a
report.
- Profile photos and chat messages are stored and can be reviewed when a report is
made about them.
- Because of this, reporting during or promptly after a call materially helps us act.
6. Our point of contact
We maintain a named child safety point of contact who is responsible for our response
to CSAE concerns and is registered with Google Play. That contact is reachable at
support@ocroon.com; please put "Child safety" in
the subject line so it is routed correctly.
7. Compliance
These standards are published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards
policy for social and dating apps. We review them at least annually and whenever the app's
functionality changes materially. Related documents:
