These terms are an agreement between you and Ocroon ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Ocroon.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not previously banned from the service. One account per person; the information in your profile must be about you and truthful.
Ocroon connects you with other users for time-limited voice conversations. After a call, each person privately decides whether they want to stay in touch; photos and chat unlock only when the interest is mutual. We continually tune matching and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You can block or report anyone from their profile or chat. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary for safety.
You keep ownership of the content you submit (profile, photos, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, showing your photos to a match after mutual interest. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anonymized safety records described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not run criminal background checks and cannot vouch for any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Be careful about the personal information you share, and take normal precautions if you decide to meet someone in person. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You can stop using Ocroon and delete your account at any time in Settings (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or where required to protect the service or its users.
Ocroon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that protects you.
We may update these terms; for meaningful changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Ocroon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
